Should writers have a blog? Or should all writers have a blog?
However the question is coined, I have given my candid answer. The answer to it is capital YES!
This question was posed in Quora.com and requested my answer. I answered it on Quora and I am answering it here on my blog.
There are thousand and one reasons why writers should have a blog. Although many writers think all writers shouldn’t have a blog. You should for one good reason. There are sometimes when editors of the publications where you are writing for will misinterpret your writing or your intent. He will strip your article naked in the name of editing. Having a blog will give you the independence of posting whatever you feel like.
When you have a blog and do what other bloggers are doing, you will hit fortune. Having a blog means making good money. When you write for your blog, you pay yourself. You are the boss of you.
Again, owing a blog means becoming a boss of your own and a boss to others who may work under you in the future. Or, don’t you want to grow in writings and have a name? A personal blog will do it for you.
