Zuckerberg Bans Trump from Facebook, Instagram for 2 Weeks. Trump will no use facebook Facebook, Instagram till the end of his tenure on 20th January 2020.
The co-founder of Facebook, Instagram, Mark Zuckerberg has announced that he has banned the United Nations President, Donald Trump from Facebook and Instagram till the end of his tenure on January 20, 2020.
This was said on Facebook by Mark Zuckerberg while he was reacting to the violence that occurred at the Capital by Trump’s supporters who wanted to stop the US congress from certifying the election which Joe Biden won.
The social media CEO said that Trump has been using Facebook and Instagram for years to access and to give all manner of information but he will not be able to do so again till 20th January 2020.

“Following the certification of the election results by Congress, the priority for the whole country must now be to ensure that the remaining 13 days and the days after inauguration pass peacefully and in accordance with established democratic norms.
We believe the risks of allowing the President to continue to use our service during this period are simply too great. Therefore, we are extending the block we have placed on his Facebook and Instagram accounts indefinitely and for at least the next two weeks until the peaceful transition of power is complete.”
