Over the past few days, a state of emergency was declared in some regions of America due to a winter storm. Obviously, they were taken unaware. Or, the snow came and lasted in the manner they never anticipated.

The death toll rose too over the past days. According to the news headline this morning by Dallas News, it says;

I confirmed this news when I spoke with my sister who lives in Texas with her family about how they are faring over the phone. These are her exact words:

Did you hear what she said in the second line of the second paragraph? She said they went to a family friend’s house to keep warm. We also saw on social media where the water in the water closet was also frozen by the winter storm and there was no how-to defecate.
