“About 3,300 customers in Dallas County were still without power around 8 a.m. Saturday, in addition to about 3,900 customers in Tarrant County. The remaining outages in North Texas were expected to be restored Saturday, Oncor said.

Oncor said dangerous road conditions and damaged equipment have slowed restoration efforts this week. Some transformers were damaged trying to suddenly restore large amounts of energy.”
